Why buy handmade? 

In the world filled with disposable, mass-produced things, sometimes we forget the hidden costs on people and the environment that come along with the cheaper price tags. It is definitely a privilege to shop handmade, but by doing so, you are supporting uniquely made products, a more sustainable way of consuming, local communities, and someone's passion and dreams (in this case: me ☺️) 


Payment options Secure payment options include card payments (via Square) or PayPal.


Care instructions 

Whilst all items are food-safe and microwave-safe, it is recommended that you hand wash them, and try not to thermal shock, in order to increase the longevity of the piece. 


Packaging 

Every item is wrapped in the most sustainable packaging that I could find, including kraft paper, kraft paper tape, honeycomb protective paper, and biodegradable packing peanuts. Sometimes it also means that your order will come in a reused box or with plastic wrappers as I try to reuse as much as I can. 


In the rare and unfortunate event that your items were damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order, and I will aim to rectify this as soon as possible.


Delivery

Processing time: 1 - 2 working days.


Shipping: All items will be sent using Sendle (100% carbon neutral delivery service). You will receive notification and tracking via email once your order has been processed and dispatched. 


Please ensure that delivery details entered during check out is correct and that you will be able to receive the parcel. Shipping charges apply if items are undeliverable due to incorrect address or fail to deliver issues.


Returns and Exchanges

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
